It may be rather odd that for our 10th Bristol Silents Club Screening we are planning a night of early sound films, but, we had to do it at some point, so why not now.

Many Film History books state that the end of the Silent Era came in 1927, so it might not a major surprise on what we have planned for this Special Club Screening Night really. However, the night will include a selection of early sounds shorts and a main feature.

This Club Screening will be introduced by Bristol Silents co-founder and Slapstick Festival Director Chris Daniels.

As usual, screening notes will be provided and information on up and coming events and international silent film festivals.
