Time for another random selection from Youtube. This is an episode from Kevin Brownlow and David Gill’s groundbreaking, pioneering series about American Silent Film. This episode, no 8, is the one dedicated to comedy. It seems appropriate to choose this episode in the week we’ve announced the host for Slapstick 2012′s gala.
The whole series is available to watch free of charge on Youtube. There are 13 hour long episodes. I’m sure many of you will have watched all thirteen episodes (& possibly even own them), but for those of you who haven’t already seen them this is a treat.
